Wanted to sneak this in before too late today.
Monday - Meatball Subs, Corn on Cob, and Salad. Tuesday - Cheesy Chicken and Veggie Macaroni. Wednesday - BLT Sandwiches, Chips, and Fruit. Thursday - Creamy Chicken Enchiladas and Chips/Salsa. Friday - Independence Day cookout with friends. I am planning to take Baked Potato Casserole and my mom's "famous" baked beans. Sorry, I cannot tell you the recipe!! Ha! Also going to try making one of these and of course, we have to bake some of these. Saturday - Spaghetti, Garlic Bread, and Salad. Sunday - Leftovers from Saturday Dinner.
Ohhh... How neat is this? I might have to try making one of these too. Love it!!

The patriotic pizza sounds good until the rasberries & blueberries.
I think I'm actually going to make those enchiladas next week. They sound soo good!
Aren't you just the baking queen! We are going to a family cookout too and I need to figure out what to take. Have a happy 4th!
Sounds like you guys are gonna have a yummy week followed by a yummy 4th weekend! I am in the process of making a new menu for the new month. I have been to your site and printed out a few to try.
That patriotic pizza looks awesome! I may have to try to make something like that with all the family coming in for Emily's party! We can't wait to see you girls!
I printed out the enchilada recipe. Thanks for sharing!
Yum, sounds good! Are those the same beans that you had a Caleb's party? If so they were good and I can't wait!
I so wish I lived close to you....I would be coming over to steal some of those beans on Friday!! Mrs. Linda's beans....yummy! Those dessert recipes look great, too.
I love the links to the recipes! I also love the Kraft Foods site as well. I receive an email from Kraft that always has at least one great recipe!! I hope you guys have a wonderful 4th! We are coming up to Cullman on Thursday evening. Give me a call on my cell if you are in town the weekend.
