I’m Ready For Pre-K

That is what I heard as Caleb Davis got out of bed this morning.  He was so excited (along with the rest of us) to start his 1st day of Pre-Kindergarten today.  Here’s a peek at our morning today…

I just love all these funny faces!
Remember these from last year?

And of course I could not forget about my 2 helpers…

Baby Lee was a little upset when she figured out that we were not going shopping today…

But after I assured here that we were going to have fun at home this morning she was all smiles…

I know this is turning out to be the longest post in history but I have had several people ask me about our preschool plans so I wanted to share just a little bit about the curriculum and guides that we use.

We started out last year using Sonlight’s 3 year old preschool curriculum and loved it.  We have decided to stick with that again this year for Caleb Davis’ pre-kindergarten year.  We are using their 4 year package this year + we are adding in some Handwriting and Math.  We are also doing a few electives this year such as Music and Sign Language

Ok…  I hope that helps you girls.  If you have any questions or want to know more specifics, please feel free to email me or leave a comment below.

Thanks for sharing our day with us.  I know that so many of you also had “1st Day of School” this morning too and I hope it went well.
