Happy Monday! I hope your week is off to a great start. I am loving all the sunshine these past 2 days. I hear that it might not last long but so far my week is off to a great start just with a little sun and some outdoor play time.
Here is a list of what is cooking in our kitchen for dinner this week. I am doing my best to “eat from our pantry” this week so that I can make a little more room for all those great coupon deals that I have been getting lately.
- Monday – Chicken Alfredo and Salad
- Tuesday – Tacos and Oranges Caleb Davis is turning 58 months old so can you tell that he planned the menu for this day? He also wanted bologna sandwiches to go along with it but I talked in into having that for lunch instead of all together.
- Wednesday – Crockpot Chicken, Veggies, and Macaroni and Cheese Emma Lee is turning 25 months old and said she wanted “Chicken and WaWa (Water)” so that is what she is getting.
- Thursday – Fish Sticks and Fries
- Friday – Dinner on the road
- Saturday and Sunday – Activities with family
I know that I always say this but it appears to be another busy week around here. In addition to our regular activities, we have a baby checkup, preschool field trip, family reunion, and a birthday/early retirement celebration for my Dad. I better get going this afternoon. I have several more things to finish up around here before the hubby gets home.

Sounds like we are both nesting like crazy right now! I agree - it's a fun time. :) You asked me where I keep my scrapbook supplies. Right now my scrabook room is also the new baby's nursery and I'm working on getting everything organized. When the room is done I'll do a post and show how we're "sharing" everything. We're totally running out of room here too. I can only imagine how you feel with #4 coming along! Good luck to both of us! :)
