This photo has to have been 1994-1995 time frame (I would have been 14) and I am sure it was homecoming or some special occasion because we are all dressed up. This photo makes me smile today and I just love all that Grenadier plaid that we have going on. These are 3 very fine members of the Gordo Grenadier percussion section. I have to say I was by far the worse percussion member ever in the band’s history. But on my behalf, I was better at percussion than I was at flute so thank goodness for that guy on the left there who put up with me and helped me not embarrass myself too much.
Oh and speaking of old band memories and Facebook, take a look at what else popped up this past week…
We are having a huge band reunion this summer which is the reason all these fun memories from high school keep popping up. Makes me want to go home and dig in my mom’s photo albums.
Oh and I had a couple of you ask me for the Glazed Meatballs recipe so I posted it for you all right here.
