Well it is 8:00 pm and everyone is already in bed…
The clothes are laid out and the new crayons are just waiting to be used…
We are all so excited and gearing up for our 1st day of school tomorrow. Caleb Davis is going to be in Kindergarten and Nathan James is starting Preschool. They are both so excited and I have warned them about getting up too early. Sounds like kids on Christmas morning, doesn’t it? I am just so thankful that I have 2 precious little boys who are this excited about starting school tomorrow.
Oh and before I go, you may remember these pictures from last year. I updated and moved some things around so here is a glimpse at our little Schoolhouse this year…
I just realized how puny my little plant looks tonight so yes Mama, I did go give him some water.
Well if you are reading this tonight. please say a prayer for us as we start this new school year tomorrow. This is still so new for all of us and while we are so excited, I am still that teary-eyed Mommy on the 1st day of Kindergarten and Preschool as I watch my 2 sweet little boys start this new chapter.

Even though we were homeschooling and Luke wasn't leaving my sight. I cried our first morning of Kindergarten. I got up early, and like your crew he was so excited to start that he also got up very early. I wanted to get in a walk and a little prayer time that morning. I had planned to go by myself, but he begged to go with me. So off we went, walking in our neighborhood. He held my hand as we walked. I cried like a baby. I remember every details. Such a sweet, sweet memory! School starts for us tomorrow too!!! I'll pray for you as I pray for us! May God bless this new journey!!!
Awww Jamie, you are going to do great! Love the picture of you guys in bed, you can just see how excited they are :) Can't wait to see "first day" pictures and hear all about it.
What an amazing time for all of you and it will be wonderful.
